Requirements

  • The total floor area of the building is 141,000 m2, and rises from a square footprint as 25 narrow sections of various heights, several of which are topped with roof gardens.
  • Safe construction ability for special floors from 7.5m up to 30m high at the top of building.
  • High requirement of project schedule

  • To have the fast and safe construction progress in very tight schedule and on the extremly high level.

PERI solution

  • To pass the double-high floors up to 7.5m the „tail“ extension with regular RCS rail and plastic mesh were used. For the extreme high floors up to 30.0m PERI Singapore has developed special support structure (so called „Super-soldier bracket“).
