Robinson Tower is a single commercial development located at the heart of Central Business District. The proposed redevelopment of a 1, 725 square metres site will feature a retail podium and also office space on the upper levels of the building. The new building, when completed in 2018, will offer a towering presence three times the height of its predecessor.

Due to the space constraint on site and requirement to have a formwork systems that are able to cater the change of wall thickness from 0.75 m to 1.3 m at transfer trusses level and 0.4 m at typical storey, PERI RCS Rail Climbing System and ACS Self Climbing System are incorporate inside the corewall as both systems make an easy adaptation to site-specific requirements possible. In addition, PERI CB 240 Climbing Formwork system and VARIO GT 24 Girder Wall Formwork system are also used for the corewall.
