ST Telemedia Global Data Centres (STT GDC) is constructing a data center in Loyang, Singapore.

The project involves the construction of a five-storey 27,000m², 30MW data center. It includes the construction of an office facility, server rooms, administrative space and the installation of electrical and mechanical equipment, safety and security systems, and elevators.

The project aims to meet growing demand both by cloud computing service providers and enterprises undergoing digital transformation in Singapore. The hyperscale data centre has been designed to meet the highest sustainability benchmark of BCA-IMDA Green Mark Platinum.

In March 2019, Construction works were commenced. Construction works are expected to be completed by the third quarter of 2022.
