Located in Tampines LogisPark, the 600,000 square feet 4-storey warehouse will be DB Schenker's latest addition to its many facilities. The warehouse will house advanced logistic automation solutions aimed to support the Semicon and Healthcare industry.

PERI Singapore supplied a range of systems for the project. The two main systems used were VARIO wallform + CB climbing brackets for cores and PS100 (PERI UP MD) for shoring.

Delivery started in January 2023 and last of the materials were returned in November 2024.
