The project site serves as a fabrication extension to the developer's existing facility, comprising a three-storey, single-user industrial factory, a five-storey ancillary office, and a single-storey warehouse designed to support expanded operational capacity and enhanced efficiency.
 

Precast columns were utilized at site. However, cast in-situ solutions were also required.
A range of PERI systems was used to meet both structural and performance demands:

• ST 100 for shoring support
• VARIO Formwork for columns and walls
• CB Climbing Formwork for corewalls and lift cores
