The VSMC Semiconductor Plant in Tampines Wafer Park, Singapore is nearing its structural completion. Designed with modern technology and guided by green manufacturing principles, the fabrication plant will adopt a fully automated production model, integrating an automated material handling system and comprehensive quality management through artificial intelligence (AI) applications, resulting in fast, precise, high-yield and high-quality manufacturing.

Working closely with subcon, Chain Teck Realty, PERI Singapore supplied materials for the construction of stairs and lift cores, columns, as well as shoring support.

PERI Singapore is pleased to support this project in collaboration with subcontractor Chian Teck Realty.

The project is targeted for completion in 2026.
