A new five-storey manufacturing and R&D facility by a US-based semiconductor equipment maker is nearing completion in Singapore’s north-central region. The development marks the second phase of the company’s expansion plan, aimed at strengthening its regional manufacturing and innovation capabilities.

Precast components, such as columns, were extensively used throughout the site. PERI UP MD (PS100) was primarily supplied for shoring - beam and slab support as both tableform and loose formwork. Loading platforms were also provided to facilitate the transfer of tableforms to higher levels.

PERI Singapore started supplying materials in March 2025 and returns have been progressively carried out since early October 2025. PERI Singapore is pleased to support this project in collaboration with subcontractor Jin Sheng Construction.

The project is targeted for completion in 2026.

Our semiconductor project in AMK primarily involved precast works, but a shoring solution was still required. We partnered with PERI Singapore, who proposed PERI UP MD (PS100) as the ideal system. Its fast assembly and disassembly helped us save an estimated 20–25% in manpower. We look forward to working with PERI again on future projects!
