Garden Waterfront @ Tengah is a Build-To-Order (BTO) public housing development by Singapore’s Housing & Development Board (HDB), launched in 2022 and slated for completion in Q1 2027. As part of HDB’s Construction Transformation initiative, the project adopts advanced construction methods such as precast systems, beamless slab design, and other productivity-driven technologies to accelerate delivery and enhance overall site efficiency.
PERI Singapore is proud to have contributed to this development, with our systems supporting efficient and streamlined construction on site. Key solutions supplied include PERI UP Shoring, DUO, and VARIO Wall Formwork, enabling faster cycle times while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
