Location: Rochester Park, Singapore

Rochester Commons in Singapore’s one-north is set to become a first-of-its-kind integrated campus-style development set on 2.4 hectares of lushly landscaped grounds.

The building will include a 17-storey Grade A office tower, Catapult – a shared executive learning centre and Citadines Connect – a 135 room business hotel.

The project commenced in Q2 2019 and is expected to be completed by Q3 2022.

Requirements

  • 3 corewalls consisting of 34 platforms
  • Combination of RCS carriage for external and RCS towers for internal
