Location: Changi Business Park, Singapore , Singapore


A 7-storey building spanning 13,088sqm is being built in the eastern region of Singapore.

The GEAR (Kajima Global Hub) is Kajima Corporation’s first and overseas Innovation Center which will also serve as its Asia Pacific HQ. The Hub will consist of a business park space, R&D lab space and double volume construction lab space in Changi Business Park.

Construction commenced in Q2 2021 and is scheduled to be completed in Q1 2023.

VARIO GT 24 Girder Column Formwork – Always a project-specific solution consisting of formwork girders, steel walers and any selected formlining.

SB Brace Frame - Transfers the fresh concrete pressure into the sub-structure and foundations during single-sided concreting of structural elements.

CB 240/160 Climbing System – The CB climbing system allows fast moving and easy adjustments. The system was used for staircase and corewall.

PD 8 Table System – Large spindle extensions enables quick adaptions to accommodate different slab heights as well as being lowered for moving under large beams.

ST 100 Stacking Tower – Achieve fast assembly and dismantling. With a single frame type, all required assembly heights can be realized.

Aluminium Beam - Modern alternative to traditional timber beams for formwork and falsework applications and provide great economics over their long service life.
