Our VARIOKIT Speed Column (VSC) stands out for delivering high-quality concrete finishes at exceptional concreting speeds. This innovative solution enables efficient column construction across a wide range of applications – from underground parking structures and bridge piers to high-rise buildings.

The VSC Speed Column solution is easy and fast to handle, allows for high concreting speed and results in high concrete finish. The panels can safely absorb a fresh concrete pressure of up to 90 kN/m² without anchoring and with a column cross-section of up to 2.25 m x 2.25 m, enabling fast concreting operations.

    High fresh concrete pressure is no issue for VSC, which enables fast
    concreting speeds without any anchoring.

    The joint created during the concreting process is very narrow, resulting in an extremely smooth concrete surface. What’s more, there is no risk of frame impressions thanks to the wooden formlining used.

    Additional PREMO Pressure Sensors can be used to optimise the concreting speed so that high columns are concreted safely.

    VSC is compatible with PREMO Pressure Sensors which allow optimising the concreting speed so that high columns can be concreted safely.

  • Choose between two different types of panels: the VPS Standard Panel und the Multi Panel.
    Standard Panel

    VSC offers a choice between the well-established VPS Standard Panel (red) and the particularly versatile Multi Panel (yellow). Both panels can be used in a variety of ways, regardless of whether metric or imperial dimensions are used.

  • VPS Multi Panel l in widths of 2.13 m and 2.44 m for a more flexible panel configuration
    Multi Panel

    For the greatest possible versatility, PERI provides the Multi Panelin widths of 1.83 m (6 ft), 2.13 m (7 ft), and 2.44 m (8 ft). This facilitates flexible panel configurations up to the centre of the panel, irrespective of the unit of measurement used.
