Safety and efficiency at the jobsite with formwork and scaffolding solutions by PERI
During the construction of the residential and commercial building complex close to Munich’s city center, PERI’s comprehensive formwork and scaffolding solutions provided both safety and efficiency.
Side protection for the construction of individually shaped oriels
Large-size VARIODECK edge tables and the PROKIT side protection offered safety during the construction of the two residential towers with seemingly irregularly arranged triangular oriels.
High work safety and short construction times
The PERI solutions provided widely visible safety and fast construction progress.
Work safety at the slab edges through system-integrated, 3-part side protection
The PROKIT side protection guarded the building edges of the shell structures floors of both residential towers without any gap, also at the passage to the RCS MP landing platform.
Large-size PERI slab table solution
The project-related, customized slab tables were positioned with the PERI lifting fork, including the guardrail.
Efficient formwork for wall and column
Walls and columns were shuttered with the MAXIMO wall and the QUATTRO column formwork in the shortest of construction times.
Temporary storing area and convenient work and formwork scaffolding
FB 180 folding platforms served as work and formwork scaffolding for the office and hotel buildings. A RCS MP landing platform could be positioned variably and was used for the moving and interim storing of formwork material.
A construction time of only 12 months due to comprehensive formwork and scaffolding solutions
Client and project developer of the two residential towers with a total of about 260 attractive loft apartments was the real estate corporation “LBBW Immobilien-Gruppe”, the hotel was a project of “UBM Development AG” and the office building was a project of the “Office Center Hirschgarten GmbH & Co KG”.
Outer walls built as water-impermeable structure with oriels forming cantilevers of 1,20m
The seemingly irregularly arranged triangular oriels bestow an extraordinary facade to the two residential towers.
Use of 40,000 m³ of concrete and 5,700 tons of structural steel for the construction of MK4 “Friends”
260 apartments were built in the two 16-floor residential towers. Additionally, office and hotel units found their place in MK4 “Friends” at Hirschgarten.
