The two upmost floors under construction were always completely encased by the RCS climbing protection panel. The encasing shielded the workspace and at the same time served as widely visible advertising space.

Only 10 months of construction time for the shell structure of a 20-floor high-rise
After a construction time of only 10 months for the shell structure, the 70 m tall, striking high-rise and the 120 m long base construction were finished. An excellent job of everyone involved in the project and the result of good and intensive cooperation.
No crane necessary for the climbing and moving of RCS protection panel units.
The RCS protection panel units were climbed hydraulically, thus independent of a crane. During the complete lifting process the unit was connected to the building with the climbing rail and climbing shoes.
Mounting of the climbing rail and the climbing shoe
The mobile hydraulic cylinders with a lifting power of 5 tons each were easy to position on the climbing rail and shoe.
