Junior Controller (Singapore Regional Office)

 

Reporting to the Market Unit (MU) Head of Finance and assisting him in the full spectrum of financial operations including preparation and consolidation of monthly financial and management reports for the APAC regions. This is an exciting and challenging role for a motivated candidate, who can adapt to change and positively affect the business across the region.

 

Key deliverables include:

• Support the MU Head of Finance in the areas of variance analysis, budgeting & forecasting, streamlining processes, tightening controls, financial and management reporting.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing the monthly consolidated management reports.
• Ensure that financial reports are accurate and submitted timely.
• Prepare effective presentations and business analysis for top management.
• Systems support and setup.

 

Your profile includes:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent with 2-3 years relevant experience with a well established accounting firm would be an advantage.
• Strategically oriented with good commercial acumen.
• Analytical mindset with a high level of curiosity.
• Proficient in using MS Office and related productivity tools eg. PowerPoint, Excel etc.
• Flexible and willing to travel, if required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills would also be essential to succeed in the role.
